Asad is a distinguished barrister-at-law and advocate with rights of audience before the High Courts of Pakistan. He earned his law degree from the University of London and completed his Bar Professional Training Course at the University of the West of England, Bristol. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple. He also holds a certification in Civil and Commercial Mediation from the ADR Group, London, and is a Capital Defence Fellow certified by Cornell Law School.

 

Asad’s practice spans a broad range of legal areas including criminal, constitutional, taxation, commercial and election law. He has extensive experience in both trial and appellate litigation, representing a diverse clientele that includes corporations, public authorities, law enforcement agencies, politicians and private individuals. His notable cases have been featured in the media and reported in various law journals in Pakistan.
