Specializing in litigation, Fahad independently argues cases primarily before the High Court in its civil, constitutional and appellate jurisdictions whilst also regularly appearing before special courts, tribunals and regulatory authorities such as the Consumer Protection Court, Rent Controller, Customs Tribunal, FBR etc. Fahad represents private individuals and local as well as international corporations in a wide array of disputes and has obtained several favourable judgments which have been reported in various law digests due to important points of law being involved.
