Zoha is a Senior Counsel heading the Corporate & Tax department in our Karachi office. He is admitted to the bar in the US, UK, and Pakistan with 15 years of professional experience as a successful troubleshooter and risk mitigator. He is recognized for his expertise in corporate and tax law and is highly regarded in the areas of M&A and commercial transactions.

He has acted for and advised numerous local and international companies and financial institutions on a wide array of matters including commercial agreements, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, insolvency, private equity, investments, funds, capital markets, project finance, energy and infrastructure projects, venture capital, IT and data protection, corporate governance, due diligence, intellectual property, regulatory, secretarial and tax compliance.
